From Level 2 intermediate apprenticeship which is the equivalent of 5 GCSE passes (A*-C or 9-4) to a Level 6 or 7 degree apprenticeship which involves attaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree qualification there is a wide range of different opportunities for your child to explore.

Labour Market Information (LMI) is a helpful tool which allows individuals to research future jobs in the local area and the demand for future employment. LMI also covers the future demand of jobs in each sector and looks at what kinds of jobs will be in demand when the student is ready to enter the world of work and explains what kinds of skills will be needed for that role. This in turn can help guide young people into making careers related decisions which will allow a route into a career that will be in demand.
You can see the economic profiles for the different areas of Kent on the link below to access some local labour market information. On the LMI for all you can also compare jobs in different sectors and explore the projected workplace growth and replacement in that particular job. There is also extremely user friendly labour market information given on Unifrog in the Careers Library searches.
